Absolutely ridiculous!! One register open and a line all the way to the exit door! We have things to do!! Ooo but bank is sooo quick to charge those overdraft fees huh!!
It's a good place
I don’t know if he was the manager, but he looks like the manager guy was in a suit . He act like he helped me out . When all I had was a passport for my identification.I lost my wallet and then told me the card was sent for after I showed him my information for my bank account information never got the card received.! I even showed the dude my whole social number . I called online and found out that he didn’t even do it because the guy online was the one that told me they didn’t send me no card. Worst service in the city the employees just stand around while the lines are so long God bless them in Jesus name i don’t mean to judge them but they are so bad there’s lines are so long and the only good employee there was a guy named Geo either then That there all slow and rude THERE IN THE BACK JUST WATCHING THE LONG LINE the manager a Hispanic white completed lady is horrible
