If I could give 0 stars, I would definitely do it. This branch is horrendous. I made an appointment over a month ago for this branch and showed up today for the appointment from Raleigh NC and nobody could help us. They directed me to another branch, and when I asked them to call to check if they could accommodate me, they said no, gave me the address only. I asked to speak to the manager, and the clerk said he's busy and to wait 15 mins. I gave a four letter response and left. We will be closing out our accounts immediately... read more
Customer service sucks. Waiting time is ridiculous. No one greets you. Worse BOA location I've been to.
