Very nice
If I could give this place zero stars I would. They are the most incompotent, lazy and rude employees I have ever seen. There systems seem to never work and they never seem to be able to help you the day you go in. There famous line is "thats not my department, come back tomorrow" They need to just close this Bank of America down cause there useless here!!!
Went into close an account waited 20 minutes for a banker who took somebody in an appointment in front of me nobody at the window can close an account will not be going back to Bank of America in Indio branch... If you're in a hurry skip this location
