Helpful efficient staff. I was able to open a checking account with no delays. I did make an appointment.
Indio Bank of America is one of the worst branches waited in a 45 minute line trying to cash money. Once I was called I was told to wait again employee never came back so I had to wait in line again to be seen by someone else but was told I couldn’t deposit money because I don’t have a bank account with them which is false so I wanted to see a manager once again it was a failed manager was to busy to come out and wanted me to wait 30 minutes told by employee.
