I will go elsewhere to bank after 20+ years of banking here. The lack of concern to keep business is sad. Was basically called a liar today while inside the bank doing business. Absolutely unacceptable. Will be moving my money to another bank. Refuse to be treated like that.
Very disappointed with BOA in North Richland Hills on David Road. I have had a business account with them for 10 plus years. My wife name is on the account and I am a signer on the account. I was told that I could not cash a business check it has to be disposited first and then I can withdraw from the account. This made no since to me. However time I go to this location I always have issues. They are now sit up like an office it does not look like a bank on the inside.
