Very disappointing experience at this branch. I waited more than hour in line, and the line barely moved. For a major Bank of America location, the service was much too slow and the branch did not seem staffed well enough for the number of customers waiting. There was little communication about the delay, which made the experience even more frustrating. If you need in-person help, be prepared for a long wait.
If you're trying to cash a check,long line. They have customer service agent's for other matters. Drive thru ATM is fast.
