I have visited this bank a few times since I moved here. I usually go in to withdraw cash monthly. I usually always have a good experience. Tellers are always friendly and helpful
It's terrible trying to come here since they closed the financial center location. Continously only 1 teller working, lines backed up through the whole bank. 20- 30 minute wait to try to do a simple withdrawal. Please open the other location back up.
Worst BOA in Chattanooga. There’s only ever one teller with a line out door. You might want to go out of your way to go anywhere but here.
Called 12 times over the course of 2 days. No answer, no call back, no holds. Will be switching banks since downtown location closed and no one answers their bank phones.
