Evelyn, Amy, and team always go above and beyond to ensure that all my preferred customer banking needs are met. Evelyn has been the kindest, most patient, and extremely helpful person I have ever worked with at BOA. This is why I will continue to go out of my way to use this branch on Tennessee Ave in Chattanooga for all my banking and business needs.
Amy (branch manager) and team go beyond the call of duty to assist each and every customer with their needs. Warm and welcoming, personable, and professional! I highly recommend this branch for any of your banking needs!!
It’s @11:00am on Thursday 7/24, only one teller at the counter. She’s very unfriendly and unhappy. No Greeting, no response when I asked something to her. Gave 10 rolls of quarters loose, gave me a rubberbands when I asked for it. Asked for 3 rubber bands 3 separate times, even though she was able to see through the Clear glass and she gave me all rolls loose. Felt like she’s doing a favor to do something for BOA. Everyone else was very friendly and I was done in time for what I was there for.
It's pretty sad when you stop by a branch of a large banking group like BOA, during their open hours, and are told that no one is currently available to open an account for you. No one else waiting. Just no one available.
