Horrible service at the branch. I had a problem with a needed form and the fix was just to print a 1 page form from the internet. The staff refused. Forcing me to drive 30 minutes to just go a print a new copy. I will need to look to a local bank that cares about customers.
Was on hold for over an hour horrible customer service cause I didn't get any.
No live person drive through
I’ve been a Bank of America customer for over 10 years, but the lobby experience at this branch was so poor that they didn’t even cash my check. I walked in, mentioned that I needed to cash a check, and was directed to the counter. After showing my ID, they sent a text verification code, but either the teller or I entered it incorrectly, which led to some frustration.
