I WENT THERETHIS MORNING TO PUT MONEY IN THE JOINT ACCOUNT AFTER THAT WAS DONE I SHOWED THE TELLER MY CARD FOR PERSONAL ACCOUNT ACCOUNT AND TOLD HIM THAT THE CARD WAS RESTRICTED INSTEAD OF HELPING ME WITH IT HE ASKED IF I HAD THE MOBILE APP AND THEN TOLD ME TO CALL THE NUMBER ON THE BACK OF MY CARD IF I GO THERE AGAIN I WILL NOT BE DEALING WITH T HAT TELLER HE HAD NO COMMON SENCE
Absolutely fed up. It took a while for me to be able to get to a physical bank to change my name on my account. They decided my daughter had to be there too (I was told on the phone I could do it myself without her) because she is on the account. When I said, never mind, I'll just go to another bank and open a new account, then close this one, the woman didn't even care, she just sat there and said, "okay."
