They make it extremely difficult to do business with him. Even to set an appointment in person you have to get on an e-list for later in the day. Even when there’s no one actually in the office. They penalize new customers by putting your checks on hold without telling you. They tell that the reason for the hold is “new customer”. So you get penalized for being new customer it’s Awesome
This place is very busy. The only one in Hixson. Usually 1 or 2 tellers working (had room for 3,4). Recent remodeling has reduced the amount of tellers to 1 mostly. If you make mobile deposits, there is a week hold before you get your money. Considering changing to another bank. Would recommend others to find a bank with more branches.
I went to try and exchange a euro bill for U.S. money. I was told I needed an account in order to do so. She also said the account would have to be open for 24 hours. I asked if I could set up an account and they said no. I was low on gas too and they did not care. I was turned down in an instant for no reason. This is not how customers should be treated.

Worst bank on the planet. They close for any reason possible it seems like.
