Kayla was awesome to work with. I had a check drawn on Bank of America where I have no checking account. There was going to be a few to cash the check and she found that I had credit card with BA and took the time to process the check cash against the credit cards account saving me the fee. I wanted to share my recent experience at your branch, as it was very disappointing. I sat at the service area for over an hour and a half and was not able to accomplish what I came in for. During that time, I observed the manager cancel another customer’s account, yet I was told mine could not be canceled after waiting such a long period. If you want to feel unwelcome at your bank then this place is for you. They seem to look for reasons not to help you. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Not that they would care.
