If you want to feel unwelcome at your bank then this place is for you. They seem to look for reasons not to help you. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Not that they would care.
First time I came into the bank, I did not have a good experience. I was ignored, given the run around. Next time I came- completely different experience. I was greeted several times. While I waited for my appointment to begin several employees asked me if I had been helped. Everyone seemed happy to be there.
The bank that NEVER gets better! Look at the 2 star total reviews for all you need when considering whether to bank with BOFA.. Need assistance? Good luck! Absolutely worthless customer service on phone or at location. Avoid BOFA at any cost and move over to Truist! A SUPERIOR CHOICE!
I’m very disappointed with the service, as it was a waste of time when I went to make a change of address. The app didn’t allow me to do it, so I went in at 3:15 p.m., still 45 minutes before closing, and I was told that the customer service area couldn’t assist me because they were already attending the last two clients they could take. They recommended I call the customer service phone number, and they told me that if they couldn’t resolve it, I would have to return during business hours.
