Just walked in to do a deposit - 25 minutes…place is awful.
I visited this bank today,the people were friendly and very helpful ,Alyssa and Carolyn help me and they both excellent job. I left the bank very happy.
Didn't work for me
Takes them sometimes months to email you back and today I’ve been calling for hours and nobody is picking up the phone.
Doing business with this bank lately has been a pleasure, especially when dealing with Chase and Dina. Dina is so helpful and personable, and was able to help my husband through a thorny problem that has existed for a while. Chase is similarly knowledgeable and efficient. It is really great to have no-hassle dealings with people who know what they are doing, and who care!
