Dominick from Utica NY is the worst and most unprofessional specialist I’ve ever seen. They kept telling me they couldn’t help me block a processing transactions THAT OTHER SPECIALISTS HAVE BEEN DOING. They also tried to tell me my historical transactions were ACH when they were actually debit card. And when I called them out, they ended the session.

Can you not hear the phone ring? Can you not answer and tell me to hold? You call any other bank and they answer within seconds and you can’t get ahold of this one ever nor do they allow messages so they just hang up can’t even wait on hold. You can call someone directly and they still don’t get back to you it’s crazy, worst bank I have ever used
