Takes them sometimes months to email you back and today I’ve been calling for hours and nobody is picking up the phone.
Doing business with this bank lately has been a pleasure, especially when dealing with Chase and Dina. Dina is so helpful and personable, and was able to help my husband through a thorny problem that has existed for a while. Chase is similarly knowledgeable and efficient. It is really great to have no-hassle dealings with people who know what they are doing, and who care!
I have been with BOA in Saratoga for over 15 years. There is not one time that they had to deny speedy help and solutions on the spot without a appointment. I may have been told that my help will get me fixed up if I would wait 15 minutes because I came at a busy time. I am well served before I leave with surety that my needs were met.
Don't ever call their direct line, they don't answer. I've called a total of 8 times today to no avail. I wanted some answers before I drove all the way to the location. Been on hold with the main customer service line for almost 20 minutes now, not even sure they will be able to answer my question. It should not be this hard to get a hold of someone.
Very professional and friendly staff! Jonathan was incredible - very easy to talk to and very personable! Everyone at the front desk was friendly, too. Free parking, as well!
