Many times, when I have gotten a Bank of America overdraft fee, they were reasonable if talked to, but contacting my branch today , despite paying my overdrawn fee, they just essentially charged me two overdraft fee's and with no alerts or warning. Yet , have the audacity to act as if it is good service.
