The iPhone app has ridiculously inaccurate info on it, with almost insulting, calculations about my account. It says I spend over $5,000 more per month than I earn! That is blatantly untrue, and how can they even make assumptions about what I earn? Time to bank elsewhere ���wish I could say it's been a pleasure.
U close at 4:30. The bank nearest my house closed the drive through. Always only 1 person working the desk. I don't have 20 minutes to spend at the bank.
Spent 30 minutes on hold while being urged to ensure I had my account number only to be told I can’t close the account on a Saturday. What a waste of time. Poor customer service.
Today I went to Bank of America to try to deposit some cash into my friends account and was told that Bank of America NO LONGER ACCEPTS CASH AS CURRENCY FOR DEPOSITS! They said that I would have to write a check and wait 3 days for the check to clear and only then would the money be transferred into her account or if I opened up my own Bank of America account then and only then could I deposit cash into any account. What a croc this bank is I'm so glad I no longer bank with you guys!
Their tellers suck. They make it so difficult to do anything here especially if you're not a client of theirs. They don't want to help anyone unless you're a consistent client.
3 brick and mortors and either the drive is not open or the drive thrus have permanently closed. 2 of 3 with long lines inside and 1 CSR. POOR MANAGING POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE = close out all 3 accts.
