I have been a BOA customer since i was a teenager in high school having 2 accounts thru you people and l am now in my mid 30's... I can understand that NOTHING is perfect.. and neither is any companies but i have by far had the WORST EXPERIENCE with your customer service reps this evening.. I called in regarding a ACH TRANSFER that was never received to the receiver and to initiate a wire transfer.. Customer service is invisible/inaccessible. Have been trying all day to get to speak with a customer service representative by phone or online and it has been impossible. Get with the program Bank of America, like many other major banks i.e. HSBC, Chase etc. that make it easy for the customer to have access to service especially when there are problems in the account.
More like worst bank IN America... banked with them for over 6 years now and I've had enough of the horrible customer service

Customer service is obviously not a priority here. I was told I had to make an appointment to get something notarized (and I could only get it notarized there if there was a notary block on it). Bank of America only employs one person (at the location I visited) who is a notary. I was also told I'd have to make an appointment with a banker to change my last name on my account. I have a small business account with BOA and recently they began charging an additional $14 for 'Business Fundamentals' which translates into RIPOFF for NOTHING. I am now paying more for getting less. My local branch closes their drive through services at noon (not to great for those of us who are handicapped) and there was ONE teller today when I went in (3 customers ahead of me) and ONE 'greeter' who evidently is there to chat up the customers while we wait and wait and wait in line.
