Charles Baker showed true hospitality with geniunce character and cordial concern. All done within the professionalism that I believe that Nissan Banister expects from each of it's employees. Good people make cloudy days seem brighter. Good people make intimidating situations seem milder. Its a good cloudy day and I am unafraid to say that Mr. Charles Baker and the Banister Nissan team has helped play a vital role in removing the fear of car purchasing.
The worst! Ever since they came under new management, they have been ridiculous! Oil change has gone up. Oil change is 60 dollars....really? You make an appointment, but it doesn’t matter because they never honor your appointment. They get to your car whenever even if you have an appointment! This place is a joke!
