I had an appointment scheduled for today at 830am.....I even confirmed everything with them the day prior. Dropped my vehicle off at 730am with my keys in the drop box. I never received a call my vehicle was done, so I follow up. The service department was closed. Spoke to the sales manager, and he was able to confirm they didnt not work on my vehicle (how is that possible when I have an appointment is beyond me.)
