In regard to Dr. Banister's staff: They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. They didn't seem too happy to be helping me. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but they could have been nicer. It's too bad Dr. Banister, who is wonderful, has such negative staff helping her.

I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. I will definitely recommend them to people I know.
