WHERE TO GO? – I HAVE BEEN GOING TO BANGZ FOR AROUND 2 YEARS. EVERY TIME I GO TO BANGZ I GET GREAT SERVICE. I HAVE BEEN TO 4 DIFFERENT SALONS BEFORE I TRIED BANGZ, OUT OF ALL OF THEM I WOULD RECOMMEND BANGZ, BECAUSE OF THEIR GREAT SERVICE AND FREINDLY STAFF. I THINK THEY ARE DOING A WONDERFUL JOB, AND HOPE THEY KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE WHO WANTS A REALLY GREAT HAIRCUT AND ANYONE WHO WANTS TO TAKE A DAY TO RELAX AT THE SPA.
WORST SALON IN WILMINGTON!!!!! – I scheduled an appointment a week in advance to receive eyelash extensions. 20 minutes before my appointment I received a call that they needed to reschedule because they did not have the necessary supplies. I drove over an hour (one way) to go to this appointment. They offered me a 10% discount to reschedule, which wouldn't even cover my cost of gas to drive to the salon a second time. Too Crazy! – Way to hectic!!! My stylist was great because she's been doing hair for a while, but they tried to stick me with a brand new stylist just out of school. It's just too big and disorganized in there. I would go back to my stylist, but not there. I want to relax while I'm getting my hair done. No thanks, Bangz!
Mixed Opinion – I have visited this salon 7 times over the last 5 years and the product I receive changes each time. They are absolutely the busiest salon in Wilmington now, which possibly translates into rushed service. If you want something simple I am sure they would be fine, but the last few times I have been they have so many apprentices and assistants that I don't think I would count on anything slightly advanced being done right.
