I am so grateful to the wonderful team at Bangs Salon! During this period of stay-at-home and salon closure due to the Coronavirus pandemic, they offered an amazing service. They prepared my exact hair color mixture for root touch-up and delivered it to my home with the necessary tools and instructions. They even prepared an instructional video that was extremely helpful. My hair is so happy!
I have gone to Bangs for a couple of years now and Myra is great! However over that time the front desk gets ruder and ruder. I will not be returning. My last appointment was at 2:30 due to working till 1:00 I got a call stating I had missed my noon appointment I informed her it was later in the afternoon. She blamed me and did not offer any other appointment time.
