Very rude manager. I went in today to see if I could make an appointment for a haircut. After sitting inside for 15 minutes without being acknowledged by any staff, other than quick glances in my direction, the manager finally approached the desk. I thought I was finally going to get some sort of customer service but instead she started talking to another customer who had just come through the door.
