He was early, listened to me freak out about the wasps in my house with sympathy, explained why they were in my house, and what he was doing for the issue and why. We would no longer recommend Bango’s for their lack of professionalism, miscommunication and unscrupulous billing practices. After many years of being very satisfied with Bango’s, their customer service took a terrible turn for the worse in recent months and now feel they fall way behind their competitors.
I highly recommend Bangos. They were very perfossisional, respectful and provided a speedy service. Did everything we asked for a very good price. Can't nobody beat there pricing and service. Thank y'all Bangos. Especially Brittany and Stephen for there service.
I’ve had Bango’s for 5 years. This past year something horrible happened with their customer support. I’ve emailed the office about 25 times and call a couple times a week to rectify a bill. I have received no call backs or returned emails. The same thing happened with my neighbor who has since canceled service. It’s a real shame because their techs JP and Doug are great. are great.
