this company does a shady business i would say, their homecare services was fine but they always been shady with providing W2, they issue w2 but doesn't post it to IRS. When I filed taxes for 2024 I had to pay 1250 to them just cause they didn't submitted the income record on behalf of the business. I ended up paying the missing taxes even though I had W2 from them. This company is permanently closed and has not provided his PA’s with W-2 which is legally required by law even though when the business is in closure. Be aware of any communication as it takes a while to get a hold of the owner of this company and when he does pick up or communicate back, he asks for personal information claiming that he will give you the w-2 after he has the information.
