I eat here often, food is not consistent, but when it's made wrong, I tell them to make a new one, all they do is dump the bad food into the wok again and try to add sauce. They refuse to make a new one, why would you risk your business reputation over a cheap plate of food?
The best foods in town.. I like they pad ce-ew seafood was the bomb..looking forward to come more often..
They're ok. Conveinent for me because of their hours. Food is average. Prices are in the upper ranges for quality and portion size. Hope this helps:

My family and I were just there earlier today for lunch. There were 4 of us. Only my mom got her pho even though my brother ordered the same one just a bigger size. Then 10 minutes later two dishes came out. Then another 5 minutes for the last dish to come out. You guys need to learn how to deliver all food in the order tkt together. It's ridiculous! I've been there a couple times before and same experience.
