If you know what to order then it is good. Last time I tried a new dish and it wasn't good. Prices are reasonable.
The food is extremely authentic. We make sure and get to Bangkok Thai Deli at least once a month. Love it!

Service and quality has gone down over the years.
Subpar food, food is better than some Thai restaurants around the St. Paul metro area, but a bit pricey, especially considering the atmosphere and awful service you get. I was over charged $10 for "takeout" when I had already paid and requested another dish to take home. The waiters never even asked how our meal was and not once did they refill our waters, but they did have time to chit chat in the corner. If I can have the option of negative stars I would give this place -5 stars, would never recommend this place to anyone. Waiters/waitresses can't even take orders right, the food taste like crap and the restaurant needs to change its name because it's far from Bangkok.
My first time eating here was last year and I haven't forgotten how delicious the pho was! I'm also VERY picky about restaurant pho and am usually disappointed when I order it at other restaurants, but I absolutely was satisfied and VERY happy upon receiving my bowl of pho here! I haven't forgotten this place... I've been craving it since I've returned to Milwaukee. :(
Service sucks!! Our waiter didn't even know what kind of hot tea they served, he says, "we only have the brown kind" .. Give your staff the proper training..
The cheatest place I have ever go..... The owner have always been cheat...always over charge...
