The food is always great but the customer service is beyond horrible. I've been here over 30 times and every time there's a guy in a jean jacket who's super aggressive, impatient, and rude. He seems like the manager or the owner. Just witnessed him again berating all of his customers as I went in to grab my takeout. I think this will be the last and final time I come here. The food and hostess were amazing but my server was HORRIBLE. He never came back to check on my meal. Never asked me if I wanted anything. And here’s the funniest part. He was on his cell phone and laughing with other wait staff. They did their jobs but he didn’t. When I addressed to the assistant manager she seemed unbothered ( almost like so). I might give them one more try or I might find another restaurant. *service wasn’t slow but there’s no option for poor service
Poor hygiene and unprofessional. There was a big wrapper in my cup of water when they brought it out.
Found someones disgusting piece of gum in our seafood papaya salad. Told the waitress and she did go to the kitchen but came back out laughing. So disgusting!!! There are numerous complaints about this place and I wish it would shut down. I wished I havent gone here today, I hope that COOK doesn't have any kind of diseases. 😠🤢😡🤮
Nasty food and poor customer service
We love your restaurant. We are trying to be more eco friendly. We would love it if you 1) asked people before providing straws and 2) encouraged dine in customers to bring their own containers for leftovers.
Best spring rolls. Excellent curry. Good service.
