The pilgrimage that led to the creation of Bangkok 96 Restaurant started when Genevieve was a young child living in Laos. She traveled frequently to neighboring Thailand with her family, and grew to love the flavors and spices of that country. When Laos was taken over by the Communists, her family became refugees in Thailand for two years and fled again, this time to Paris. Growing up in the

Do not miss Thai Iced Tea! Being a vegetarian, I had doubts whether I would something credible to eat. This was one of those days when all my friends wanted to try Thai chicken dishes and I had no option but to join them. But this place exceeded my expectations. The place was busy, 15 minutes wait time at 7:30pm on Saturday evening! It feels little congested. The whole wait staff was quite busy as well. I wished we could get a little more attention. But the food quality and quantity beats everything in the end.
We Love this place, their Flaming Duck. & Tom Yum Soup, the best!!!

Had dinner here with the wife yesterday evening. We ordered the spicy crab wonton, curry duck, bangkok 96 fried rice, and a couple of thai iced coffees. From start to finish the food was top notch. The only complaint I would make is that the seating is a bit less than desirable: you're either seated near the door, near the kitchen, or near the bathroom. The waitress (May) was very prompt in serving us. An overall great evening!
