Had an appt with Marie and had a very bad experience! Started out with hair one length and came out with all my volume cut out and a chunk missing on the side which wasn’t there when I went in. She blamed it on damage.When I brought my hair back to her she said it doesn’t look that bad and she would work on it again. I told her I didn’t trust, she got insulted. I found my new hair home 🙌 after bouncing around to many places looking for the right fit I stumbled upon Bang. They squeezed me in for a last minute appointment and it was everything I could have asked for. Fun staff, cool vibe and good prices. Kaitlyn did a wonderful job listening to what I wanted and delivered it better than I pictured. I’m going back tomorrow for a color and I’m super excited 😆
Bang is the only place in Maine I'll ever go. The staff is so welcoming and fun to talk to, Lucky included! Kaitlyn does a great job working with my short hair. She's professional and fun to talk to. The salon even spotted me some quarters when I was in dire need of meter money. I've never not loved what they've done with my hair, and having the little pupper around helps me relax. I'll be going here til I'm not in Maine anymore!
