I love the FNGRS CRSSD events, the disco ball, the feng shui, and the food is always on point. As far as customer service goes, it's very Poor. I tried to make a reservation and I called everyday for 4 days and the host said she couldn't book reservations and it was up to the event coordinator that NEVER called me back. The night before my dinner party I called again and they put me on hold for 20 minutes, then when I tried to call back all night the line was busy. I had a party of 15. FAIL.
