Bainfields is a joke. Not only do they lie about their services, if you complain and cancel their services they will send you a bill for that also!

We take our business quite seriously. We try to provide quality service, keep our customers happy, and deal with unpredictable weather conditions. If at any time our clients are unhappy, we provide no-charge service calls to resolve any problems. We serviced his lawn, and within minutes of us servicing his lawn, he called the office and complained about the effectiveness. We offered to come out and meet with him on this matter. Three years ago I chose Banfield because they could provide all the services I needed. That included mowing, spraying, sprinklers. Paid them thousands for new sod and was clear that now this is their lawn, they need to keep it beautiful. I'm not the expert, they are. Fast forward to now... I have the worst looking lawn in the neighborhood. I repeatedly told them to do what was needed... I would pay extra for additional sprayings, top dressing, etc. Nothing! On 8/30/16, Mrs ********* called in with the complaint of brown spots in her lawn. We sent the head technician to look over the lawn and figure out what the problems were. He discovered, after checking each individual zone, that some of the zones in her sprinkler system that were not coming on at all, therefore entire areas of her lawn were receiving no water.
