Extremely unorganized business. I didn't even get the chance to actually see their workmanship. This is because after coming to do my initial estimate or quote. They never provided it to me. I called several times to figure out the issue and every time was referred to a single point of failure, that being the apart one individual who does the quotes. 0 Rating! Terrible company. Horrific quality. After taking up a huge section of our yard for resodding, brown grass was dropped off and left for weeks on pallets....supposedly it was "dormant" which I discovered meant crappy grass in Banfield terms. I had to have them come back several times to attempt and "fix" what should have been done correctly from them the first time. Their grass is horrible. The job Mr. ****** is referring to was originally signed on 2/5/2018 and completed in March of 2018. He agreed to a small portion of the backyard to be removed and adding centipede grass back to the area. The first claim of grass being dropped off and left for "weeks" is an outright lie. Our sod is dropped the day before or day of the job. The "crappy grass" he is referring to was dormant centipede due to the installation taking place in March (which he requested when initially signing up to do ASAP). Absolutely the worst company to do business with. Lawn looks terrible. They promised twice to put down some sod in small areas last year and this year and never did. Kelly has lied to me one too many times! Told me problem was shade. I paid $600 to have trees trimmed. No difference and the other shady areas are okay. Now says erosion. Shame on me for believing my account mattered to them. Cannot tolerate a business that is based on lying!!!
We met with Mike in May to discuss redoing our front landscaping. He came out, was very courteous and it sounded promising. He said he was going to take it back to the office where his wife would come up with a plan of action. We wanted everything ripped out, weeds gone, color, and boarders with mulch with the exception of a gardenia I had on the side of my home and a crapemyrtle on the opposing side. Showed up unannounced or invite. Just walked into my backyard, even after explanation at original sale of why this was important not be done (previous unrelated contractor allowed one of our dogs to get out). Called to cancel contract when nothing had been provided by the company and grass would not even be available for over two weeks. Refused to cancel my contract or refund deposit.

I am sorry to hear about your bad experience you had in the past with another company. The contract that you signed with us stated that we needed to do the spray off on your lawn the week of March 18th and that's what we showed up to do on the 19th. Our technician did knock on your door when he arrived, but there was no answer. There was no other special instructions wrote on your contract to follow. Although we are just going by the contract , I apologize for any inconvenience that may of been caused.
Banfields will kill your sod then say it's your fault because centipede only lives a few years. I did everything they asked from spending 2,000 on getting gutters installed to paying them for aditional services. I paid my bill in advance with them for the year. Since my sod died I canceled the service by their method of me typing a letter telling them to not return. Also gave them a one star review on Google and the owner text me threatening to turn me into collections for a bill he sent 3 days ago.

This is a letter of cancellation I sent to Banfield on 7/12/17: Banfield Lawncare **** W. Spencer Rd Milton, Fl Mark, this letter is confirming my conversation with you to cancel my service with Banfield. I never considered us having an iron clad contract, I was of the understanding that you treat and I would you a check.
