Would NOT take an animal here for serious care. My cat was prescribed laxatives repeatedly until he had a prolapse rectum. I was charged for x rays multiple times and was told he was "just constipated". Instead of offering a real solution or referring me to someone that could help I was repeatedly solicited for their "Wellness Program". This place does not care about animals or your pet. I begged the vet to keep my cat, ESA, because he was doing so bad. They refused. He died later that night. The vet was useless.
A bunch of money-grubbing vultures. If I weren’t stuck in a contract, I’d switch vets in a heartbeat. This place treats every visit like a chance to squeeze more money out of you instead of caring about your pet. They keep pushing unnecessary tests even after you’ve repeatedly said no. It feels like they see dollar signs instead of animals. Wasteful, frustrating, and downright awful.
Banfield was extremely clean. All staff were caring and attentive.
