I went to the Harden Ranch location in Salinas and it was very disappointing. I felt like the staff were very dismissive about my concerns, this includes Dr. Murillo. I asked a question about improving my cats care she laughed and said there was nothing we could do, we just had to keep an eye on it. When I tried to get help ordering prescription food for my cat the woman that helped me seemed very put out and it looked like it was a huge inconvenience to her.
