I had both my cat and dog on wellness plans. They were a lot better with my dog than they were with my cat. They asked me to drug my cat before bringing her in. The reason why vet visits were so stressful for her is because they would lock her in a cage for HOURS surrounded by other animals making a lot of noise. Banfield does not care about your pets, they care about making money. Everyone here is so kind, and they remember my cat every time I take her in and it's clear they care about her and her comfort! Also a special thank you to Dr. Edison for being so amazing, and really taking the time to explain everything and listen to my concerns. You guys are awesome!
They make my big Rottweiler feel safe and comfortable and have reasonable prices. We recently had my doggy neutered and we received follow up calls to make sure our doggy was doing well and they even accommodated us with a last minute same-day med-refill for our baby's recovery. The ladies at the front are also always very kind and helpful :)
