Everyone here is so kind, and they remember my cat every time I take her in and it's clear they care about her and her comfort! Also a special thank you to Dr. Edison for being so amazing, and really taking the time to explain everything and listen to my concerns. You guys are awesome!
They make my big Rottweiler feel safe and comfortable and have reasonable prices. We recently had my doggy neutered and we received follow up calls to make sure our doggy was doing well and they even accommodated us with a last minute same-day med-refill for our baby's recovery. The ladies at the front are also always very kind and helpful :)
They were great until they messed up my dog's vaccine record on the system. He was supposed to get his last DAPP vaccine next week but the appointment was scheduled one week early and no one told me it was wrong until after they gave him his 4th DAPP vaccine. I was then told at check out that he needs to come back in 3 weeks to get his last DAPP, his 5th!
