I've been taking my dog to Banfield for a while and couldn't understand why it was so expensive. We had been paying $75 a month for the wellness plan for 2 vet visits a year. When we got our routine checkup this month, I couldn't believe the bill. $900 for a general checkup plus he had scratched his eye and needed a tiny tube of antibiotics for that.
