The only reason I have to keep going is because they arevthe only one that offers a monthly payment plan. I live an hour away and they are the closest. I took my dog in to get neutered, they took us in the room and already warned me that when they take blood if something comes back then we would stop and put him on medication and reschedule the surgery. I wouldn't trust them with a pet rock. The only reason I started taking my boy there is because my daughter was working at the time that I knew one of the doctors. They have both since left and there is not one person in that office left that is competent. We have had nothing but problems. My boy was so traumatized at his dental that he would not even go near the car and he's a dog that loves to go for rides. He was terrified we were going to take him back. Banfield is such an incredible place. They cared for my boy, Cheddar, and took the utmost care of him. My wife and I are so grateful for their talented team of techs and doctors, we won't go anywhere else and will refer all of our friends to there.
