It's always a warm welcome when i come to this Banfield. The staff is amazing and super friendly 😁❤️ I have two small Chihuahuas and their handled very careful and with affection!!

My most recent visit marked my final visit to Banfield. I have to give at least 1 star for being available for a check up on a Sunday morning. My dogs are not new to Banfield, and I am well aware of their Wellness protection program. I did not balk at the ~$900 for vaccinations, check up, 6 months of Simparica Trio for my two dogs, and a pedicure. I love Banfield Hillcrest!! Scheduling is always incredibly easy and convenient, which makes such a difference with a busy schedule. From the front desk team to the clinical/vet staff, everyone is consistently kind, professional, and welcoming. As a new puppy parent, it’s so easy to overthink and question every little thing, but they’ve been nothing but supportive and reassuring. I’m grateful to have found a team I trust completely with his care. Highly recommend!
The staff was courteous, gentle and professional. Some were from the closed facility Marina District, remembering my excitable tribe, Mama Bonnie, Papa Clyde & Son Junior Cuddle Bug. My appointment was a drop-off at 09:00 for my 3 large Pitbulls, all 3 -comprehensive exams, vaccines, nails clipped, 2-dental cleaning, 1-ears cleaned).
