Things were positive here before, but then the service went downhill. I don't know if it's because the doctors changed, however, neither the doc nor the staff seemed to care about what I was saying. Even though I told them where the injury was, they said it looked fine but my cat was limping and offered an X-ray. After the X-ray they told me nothing worse showed thankfully but found the injury I talked about. They sell a health plan that sounds great, you even get a discount on their services if you are enrolled in it. I was fairly annoyed to find out that every other vet I called was actually cheaper than Banfield even though they were giving me a discount too. Can’t justify their price in any way. Save money and go somewhere else.
I've had good experiences with Banfield, Nelson at this location is incredibly rude, and I have doubt as to the care provided at this new location.
