Banfield Pet Hospital in Nesconset, NY. I have been in contact with Banfield, speaking with the Chief of Staff, and was unable to obtain answers or a true concern and apology. She, herself, stated the Doctors are spread thin, and that day she saw 35 animals. How much time is actually being spend on treatment and care in an 8 hour day, when one Doctor sees 35 animals!?!?!?!
