They were running late as usual so. Y poor dog had to sit there and shake and be a nervous wreck. The short haired lady was rude and didn't care. Once again a different Vet who does t know me or my dog. I hate that they take her in the back to do everything . I was in the puppy plan but am going to cancel and move on to Caring Hands .... the pregnant lady at the front was super nice and very friendly.
We dropped our pup off for a routine neuter surgery 10 days ago. When I picked him up later that same day I was told they didn't have a cone that was either small enough or long enough and that he'd already been at his stitches. As expected, overnight he ripped his stitches out and the next morning I took a frantic pup back to the vet. They fixed it (charged us!!! Almost $200 more!!!) and sent us home.
