The staff was amazing. I was trying to save a rescue from Parvo and even though we lost her. I felt I got the best care available with kind loving people helping me through one of the hardest parts of rescue. I will be going back as I was impressed.
Dr Cline and Dr Martin and staff are always so wonderful with our cats. They have taken time and energy I'm sure they didn't have to make sure our fur babies were well taken care of. Thanks for all you do.
Took my baby in on Saturday for routine shots. He was a nervous wreck and very stressed out. The staff was really nice and gentle with him which made him relax. I loved the service we received!
Banfield should be ashamed of themselves. I have religiously paid for my dog Scooters wellness plan for years. He was recently attacked and killed by a neighbors dog. I called to cancel his plan and was told to call the corporate number which I did. I was told that I have to finish paying the contract because he had an exam that was covered under the plan. Are you kidding me. This is absolutely despicable.
I have been going to Banfield for 14 years. They are great. They are as concerned about my "kids" as I am.
Top notch! I love all the staff here. They really do care and it shows. My puppy gets the best of everything and her vet care is most important. That's why I chose Banfield.
