Banfield won't trim my dogs nails unless I pay for a $65 office visit and another $20 for the trim. Just interested in $$$ it seems, as there is no justification for their action in my opinion.
Nova’s plan renews in May — she had a free dental cleaning that would expire so I made an appointment. I noticed she was shaking her head and scratching at her ears. I cleaned her ears and told the vet she needs a deep ear cleaning (which requires her to go under anesthesia. It’s a procedure she also had done when she was a puppy). I took my dog to banfield originally because she had lost two teeth. I also took the two teeth in a bag and gave them to counter staff. RecommendedBoth of my puppies have been at banfield since they were 8 weeks old. They always go above and beyond and make sure my babies are well taken care of. I appreciate them all so much. They are always hard working and dedicated to making sure the pups are healthy 💙 thank you Banfield!

I have to thank Banfield Crafton for the love they showed myself, my family and my best friend Keena when we had to bring her in to say goodbye after a battle with kidney failure. It was during COVID-19 so I wasn’t sure we would get in. They followed protocol and got us in safely and provided us with comfort and support as we said goodbye to our Keena. Every single person here is truest amazing! Our Gracie girl is always a little anxious and they treat her absolutely wonderfully! We couldn’t imagine taking her anywhere else!
