It takes a week to get an appointment after they rope into their membership model pricing. Too many members and not enough appointments. Or you can say profits before pets.
One of the kittens got into Tim’s fishing poles. She had a huge fishing hook through her upper lip. We went to Banfield Vet Hospital. She was in so much pain and even though they were open, the Vet refused to spend 10 minutes to remove it because they were closing soon. One would think that a Vet would care more about the animal than this place did. Think twice before you spend your money here!
Every time we come to this location they give us exceptional service. The staff treats our three babies like we do and that makes it so much easier to trust them! From check in to check out I feel like my fur kids are the number one priority. I will be coming back for a loooong time 😊❤️

Very happily surprised at this clinic. They were friendly and helpful, took their time, helped with our problems and we even told us about a coupon for a free office visit!
