Our cat wasn't feeling well but they took very good care of him and us too!
A Banfield Plan is a great way to keep your pet healthy. Doctors and technicians are very knowledgeable and helpful and the plan is very affordable.
The staff is extremely nice and handle my little guy just great. Dr. Lewis is a keeper she so good with my chocolate boy. I think he starting to warm up to her.
They were nice friendly. They provided very much needed information. They were very very helpful. I'm glad so glad they could work with me.
Beware that if you are on their "wellness plan" even the DEATH of your 15 month old German Shepherd (due to their misdiagnosis of lymphoma ) will not stop them from charging you. These "doctors " are inept and the company is heartless. Our family was and still is devastated emotionally and financially by the loss of our baby boy. Don't make the same mistake we did, go to a real vet.
Dr. Lewis is awesome! Belinda a vet tech was great too! I highly recommend them.
