Recommendedlove seeing the Vet Kim. Very friendly, informative and takes care of Pepper very well. gives her space and treats her very well. However today, idk how I felt about the vet assistant(girl) this morning(5/12/20 @9:30am) when taking my dog in the back. She put on their leash around her neck and literally dragged my dog into the back room. She's a timid (small) dog and it was obvious she was already frightened by being at the vet.
First time going there and they are so nice. Very good at giving all the information and options.
I was told specifically by their customer service representative that they aren't a "real vet". They specialize in wellness and if my animal is having a problem I should take him somewhere else. They did a surgery on our dog this past week. He busted a stitch and was gushing blood... only to call and be told he couldn't be seen today. they "only have one doctor" on a Saturday? 👍 okay banfield. charge me a ridiculous amount only to send me to an emergency vet.
On wellness plan, love it, You can usually get your pet in quick if something comes up. My pit bull had terrible skin issues and now she is doing great!!!
We love bringing our Pits to Banfield! All the doctors & staff are amazing, but especially Dr. Lewis. She always listens and answers all of our questions. Plus she always has yummy treats in her pocket & she loves all over Brutus & Roxy every time they come in!
Always thorough and helpful. Hours are great. Staff friendly, professional and helpful.
Wonderful staff and Dr. Lewis was amazing with my two dogs for their dental cleaning. Highly recommend!
The people that work here are Awesome! Could not have asked for better treatment for Cassidy.
