Dr Green is amazing all the staff are very friendly and helpful
After taking my dog there for 3 years I couldn't take the incompetent staff anymore. No one returns your call. I finally get through telling them my dog my have a uti or stones and the girl on the phone told me they had no openings this week. SERIOUSLY! They hire these girls that have no medical background and have no idea how serious something like this can become if not treated. I had a horrible experience at Banfield yesterday. Over the years it has started to feel like a pet factory more than a vet. No consideration was taken for my pet. He was there for 4 hours to get a shot. The staff lied to me repeatedly and I feel very disrespected. My dog with so distraught when he left that he got sick.

I would highly recommend the Bridgewater Banfield. Dr. Green was very sweet with our puppy and she took the time to explain things to us and answer any questions we had. There are two other locations closer to us but we've decided that we'll travel a little more because they're worth it.
Awesome front desk staff, very loving and caring, looooove Dr. Green!
