My dog have a dry eye condition, they didn't have the prescription but if I come back on Tuesday they get the delivery. But the medicine never arrived. Ok, I will order from Chewy, but Chewy send the fax requesting approval to fill the prescription. twice. we still waiting for banfield Response.

I've been on the Banfield Plan for about 4 or 5 years. They have always treated my 5 furbabies with care. The Dr. spends friendly time with each cat when I bring them in 2 at a time. Even the Tecs talk to each of my furbabies. Dr. takes time and answers all my questions and concerns. I even get a call the next day to see how my cat(s) are doing it they got a vaccine. lm very pleased with this plan, the Dr.s, tecs, and staff.
