I am so pleased with going here to Banfiend , I love our vet he's wonderful with Maya , and the staff I just love them , and always get a follow up call the next day to make sure she's doing great , Thank you Germantown Banfield Pet Hospital
Love the staff there!! My dog has been going there since he's been 5weeks old. Going to miss Dr. Keler. I am happy with Dr Care!! Makoto was since by Dr. Care and he absolutely loved Dr. Care.
I had to take my cat to be put down a few years ago Staff seemed to not even care and did not discuss any options with me. After about 2 weeks I called to see where my cats ashes were and it turns out he had been there for a week. I do not recommend this place.
My brother took his dog there and they injured it. The dog was walking fine wwhen he dropped it off and when he picked him up he was limping and crying. The vet gave him pain meds to take for a couple days and said it might be a sprain. They also said to bring him back for x Ray if the issue continues. They won't take responsibility for the injury of his dog. Don't take your dogs there.
I love wellness plan I never had issue for 7 years the staff and the vets that my dog sees them are the best. I introduce to Benfield Hospital for her dog my friends they are highly happy. I love Beinfield are the best. Thank you for everything ❤
Throughout the year, no matter how close or far I've lived, I have refused to change my Vet. He's the Best!
I use to love this place. I've been coming here for about 15 years but seems now days I can't come here without waiting an hour to get seen when I have an appointment. Seems they are just to busy now days and way over book.
