DR. Han Killed my baby girl Lola. I will do my best to keep it short. Lola is now gone, but my goal is to warn as many people as possible so that this does not happen to anyone else. My dog went in for coughing and respiratory distress around 10am. She then called me around 12:14am, only to read the notes from other doctors as if I don't know my dogs medical history. Excellent staff from the front desk workers to the doctors! They really care about your pets and really show it. During the visit, they took great care in handling our fur babies and after our vet visit, they called the next day to check in and make sure they we’re doing ok after their shots.
I have been going to Banfield for a while. You never know if you’ll be lucky enough to keep the same vet. The doctors are alway changing. I was just in on Saturday and got a new doctor (which I wanted) my previous doctor I had been dealing with was good when it came to general care. But I had issues I wanted addressed and they were basically blown off. So I got a new doctor this time around. She was AWESOME! There was a little bit of a wait but they were very friendly and helpful when we were seen. My dog is always to excited to see everyone at Banfield:)
