Took my Jack Russel Terrier in to have his toenails filed. The manager brought him back to me in the lobby within 5 minutes after I sat down and told me that they do not deal with dogs that try to bite them. The only reason I took him there to start with is because his veterinarian was off on vacation. He weighs 19.5 pounds. I didn’t understand why they did not put a muzzle on him before trying to file his nails. I will not be taking any of my pets to them.

This place should be shut down. Took my Cat there today for few normal checkups They wanted to sedate him to clean his ears because they said he has reached his stress limits and they can’t do it. Which they are the ones who stressed him out. Had to pay $83 to tell us he doesn’t have an ear infection and to take his temperature. Tried to talk to the manager but he was very defensive
The first time to the Spanish Fort location I went several years ago, the vet said my dog needed a skin biopsy for mange, when it was very clearly just a scar. I refused the biopsy but continued my Wellness Plan because the Mobile location was always so wonderful with my other dog. I could not be happier with the care and attention shown to my sweet puppy and I by Dr. Bob and Stephanie. Dr. Bob spent so much time with me explaining my puppy's condition and his plan of care and Stephanie went above and beyond to make sure my puppy was taken care of and I had everything I needed to take care of him. Thank you all so much for your kindness and professionalism!
