We've been using Banfield Pet Hospital for several years, our family has 4 dogs registered there. On at least three occasions we've had pet emergencies and they didn't have time to see them so we had to take the dogs to another vet. Our association with Banfield Pet Hospital is done.
I love the doctor that sees my dog Jake but anytime something comes up and I need an appointment they say they are booked out for a week. Don't see how running the schedule that way would help any of your patients. They basically tell me oh well we can't help you. I do love the pet plan they offer but I need a vet that can actually see my dog when he's sick.
Love love love! The only thing I regret is that I didn't switch sooner. I figured since it wasn't a typical locally owned clinic that it wouldn't be as good but they proved me wrong. They are very detailed, patient, and caring. Thank god for the wellness plans...it's helped me provide my dog the quality care he deserves!!
Absolutely love banfield. Dr. Holmes has been their every step of the way. My little Mia has seizures and she's only three. All the doctors and staff are great. Any time I need them there always there.
Can't say enough good things. Every doctor has been wonderful with my dog. They understand his needs and that he is extremely special. They never rush you out of the office and let you ask any question you have
