If I could give them zero stars I would. I tried taking my dog to banfield a few days ago to get his vaccines up to date and they wouldn’t even take him. I had no problem getting him In with them last year, but for this appointment, they only had the appointment in my husbands name even though I was the one to schedule his appointment and all the one after this. I will be taking my business else where and will not recommend this vet to anyone.
My first visit here and my wife and I loved it. Everyone was professional and courteous. Was quided throughout the entire visit.
Not a fan of Dr. Fisher... especially when you hear her screaming at your dog from the back room. The woman is never allowed to care for my dog ever again. If she's thr only vet there, I'll switch.
Love all of the ladies at Banfield. Dr. Rose and Dr. Fisher are absolutely amazing. They are always there when you need them. Danielle and Blanca at the front desk are the absolute best. They have all been there since day 1 when we got Mr. Mack and have always treated us like family and always treated Mack with the best care and love they can provide. Would never go anywhere else!
