The employees at the clinic told me to spay my cat and they told me that it would cost me $250.00. When I took my cat to another place to be spayed , (surprise!) they told me my cat is already spayed. I thought they were “experts” and were supposed to know this. So disappointed.
I hold Banfield responsible for the death of my Kico. On October 31st, my beloved Kico died, after multiple visits to Banfield's, they assured me she wasn't under any stress. Although, I repeatedly told them her breathing wasn't right. I was told they would get back in touch with me, thus far no return call.

Usually have a good experience. This visit not so much. First i had to bring my dog back for a second blood draw since they waited to long and first sample clotted. Then the vet called with bloodwork results after closing. Concerned our boy may have kidney disease. Was told to feed prescription kidney health specific dog food. Next day when I went to get it was told doctor did not leave notes or script that I would have to wait 5 days until he returned. No other vet would look at his test results and prescribe the dog food. ... read more
