We had our first visit for our GSD puppy. It was an amazing experience. The staff was nice and the place was really clean. Dr.Murphy was spectacular and her assistant. Made us feel at home with Uzi. Bring your puppy and sign up for the puppy plan! Saves a lot of money!
Arrived at 230 was told to wait while the woman checked in other people before me. My appt was at 230. I waited in line while my service dog sat on the scale until 245 when she looked at me and said that since I am being checked in late they will have to reschedule my appt. all I came in for was shots, I drove an hour to get here. Then she tells me they could take her in the back and get to her when they have time at some point, I had to remind her that my dog is a service animal and we can't be separated.
